Abstract
Desde el surgimiento de los feminismos como teoría y práctica emancipatoria se desarrollaron en los centros de investigación especializaciones que combinan los estudios de movimientos sociales, los estudios de género y los estudios étnicos. El presente documento tiene como fin reseñar el libro del sociólogo Luis Martínez Andrade titulado Feminismos a la contra: Entre-vistas al Sur Global tomando en consideración el contexto en el cual fue publicado, sus aportes y límites en tanto que sujeto de crítica a los llamados «feminismos hegemónicos».
